All the reviews on glassdoor were asked by them to write. I hated the company, They don't have any proper policies and they want people to join immeidately. we loose great talent and it is discrimination. Performance management is traditional and one way no two way reviews. Being an IT company. No proper introductions of surveys, policies, photos you find on website or older and team details on website

No work from home. Worst HR policies actually i dont think there are any policies at all.Improve what you speak and share on website fakeness.The timings are strict. Decision making is quite slow

Working pressure is high you can be fired from this company at any time. The decision making is dead slow.Timings are not at all flexible. They make employees to write reviews . Beware before joining companies like this.

- Opportunity to work in a cross-functional team with colleagues who are brilliant at what they do. There are always engaging conversations and much to learn about marketing, tech, coding, and design. - The management is friendly and willing for you to try out new things

- The work hours can be reduced by an hour or two. - There isn't any transport facility at present.

Fluid Touch is a great place to work with. Ideas and thoughts are always heard. people hear are very kind and friendly. They help with anything that we are stuck with. management is pretty chill. They provide yumm food and support on employees being happy.
