Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is lot to learn about hydraulics in initial career but not for the the long time.

Dislikes

Management is very poor and doesn't adress employee issue ,salary growth is very slow,there are many hide and face policies of HR .join only for learning and keep moving

Best company to Learn new things for freshers.

Dislikes

Seniors are not helping to their juniors. Purchase department seniors don't having technical background. Work culture is also not good. Insted of motivating they demotivate their juniors.
