Annual Layoff culture, No Job Security, Work pressure, Work Load, Unrealistic KPIs, No Promotion to employees, No work life balance, Every year around 300 people will be laid off that gives huge pressure to employees. Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.

Nothing. Poor management. Management will give promotion and hike to their favorites who is always threaten them to put paper and simply sitting and doing nothing. Those who put hard work, streamline the process and shown progress will be getting poor rating. Manager who handling team does not have even leadership quality.

the building is good. but the people are bad. the location is good, the buses re good

... of DK. the desicions are only in favour of the mgt and never employee oriented. promotions and pay hikes are very nominal and also to only chamchas of the chamchas here in indian mgt. extra ordinary pressure and stress. meaningless micro supervision which leads to frustration and low quality of delivery.
