... of DK. the desicions are only in favour of the mgt and never employee oriented. promotions and pay hikes are very nominal and also to only chamchas of the chamchas here in indian mgt. extra ordinary pressure and stress. meaningless micro supervision which leads to frustration and low quality of delivery.
