There is nothing to like about Floworx Technology. It’s not even a real company—no PF, no health insurance, no employee benefits. It operates like a freelance gig rather than a proper workplace. If you're looking for job security, growth, or even basic employee rights, this is NOT the place for you.

Dislikes

Everything is dislikable about Floworx Technology. It’s not a real company—just two people running the show, Dillip (the so-called owner) and Neel, both from Orissa. Dillip has zero technical knowledge; he’s only in it to fill his own pockets without caring about employees. No PF, no health insurance, no leaves—nothing. You’re expected to work even on Saturdays and Sundays like a machine. If you truly want to grow in your career, never even think of joining a place like this.

The company has changed my entire life in my career because of this company i learned a lot of things in life ,my mental stamina has been increased 10 times increased from where i am before, highly technical collegues

Dislikes

I was selected as a a intern in flow trik technologies as a embedded software trainee this was the first job that i got in embedded,i was really happy at the time of my joining but my senior colleague did not like my attitude or something i don't know she reported badly about me to my manager, the manager only believes what senior colleague will say, my manager kicks me out of the office within 3 weeks of my training, she told me that never enter into my office hereafter,and she scolded me really harsh ,i was literally cried that day when i went to room they didn't even give me stipend amount of 5k for the 3 weeks ,even internship certificates was not provided for me, that day i realised what is life the friend of mine his name is munavoir he is a Kerala guy he joined that company has a fresher,he don't have any industrial experience before but he was selected and i was kicked out of that office because of that i financially struggled a lot and i cried day and night for that, after that i applied for 100 companies in hirect ,and i am getting so many interview calls i have attended nearly 15+ interviews and i selected in 5 out of it, and my communication skills and technical skills has been improved multiple times, and my mental stamina has been tremendously improved,even i asked them multiple please provide me the stipend of 5k but they told me that you never done any work here, just go out of office,
