Nothing good. Really bad organisation for experienced persons. Request not to join unless you are Group leader or more. Only good thing is Travel Policy but that also has many complications.

Company policy- very bad HR Management - worst Salary and appraisal- very bad Culture- depends on branch No product training or upgradation skill development done. Extreme and unnecessary customer visit frequency. Almost No madical facility No Family madical insurance No growth till you become a Group leader.

... fails also. Company policies - Travelling and Accommodation policies are best. Scheme called SAP ( Special Annual Payment) which lowers the Take home salary. Overall good.

Dislikes

They deduct the large portion of ctc to give back as SAP. If in case if we shift job, we will be losing atleast 1 lakhs of our Ctc. For higher grade this amount will increase

Company policies, excellent clarity and the right importance given to ethics. Travel benefits are also very good.

Dislikes

Work culture. Senior resources are not keen on mentoring young employees and are only keen on protecting their jobs. Toxic environment.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
