Unrealistic Expectations. Chat and call process together. The environment of the workshop is pathetic. The seniors are really toxic. They actually track our breaks. Not the complany to work with.

Management is very supportive. Lots of learning opportunities and suman (marketing head) will show u analytical approach to any problems. Nice environment. Policies are good n getting better with tym.

A company which retained its employees during Lockdown speaks for itself. Job security is not a problem. Being a smaller company you can learn a lot from here.

you will find biased behaviour here. policies are not employee oriented. there is no work culture. if you are spendimg more time in the office means you are doing a good job.

There is a lot of politics Groupiesm in simple word we called Nepotism in the senior management they just hide there faults and blame it Junior's . I hope our founders can find these problems one day.
