They can hire junior on higher salary from senior. They can ask for those work which is not handled by you and put blame on you for that also if does not happen. There is no authority as per your position.

These people only need servants . No growth , no promotions . I spend 3.5 years here and salary hike was almost nothing .

Worst Top Management & HR. HR dont know whom to hire. There policy is just abusive as like them

Salary on time, Time pass job for one or 2 years, Nothing to learn, Good place for to learn staff politics rather than to make growth in business.

The owners do not have the interest to understand the business problems facing the sales staff. Managment is afraid of making any responsible decisions other than protecting itself. The first and final decision will be yours only when facing the customer complaints, company will require full payment either way.

Staff is very good, but sometimes they add fresher for retail business that's not good because experience is must for retail, fresher still only 3to 6month when they get train,they exit for another job

Compensation is very slow but pressure is very high
