Its TVS Group of company, Healthy work culture, can see Team work,all regions employees working together, Management understand the problems of employees and always come forward for support.

If you hail from tamil nadu life would be fine for you else you wont matter to the company. Its only work no life, You have to beg for your leaves, appraisal, promotion and leaving the company. Learning is there, if you are in the right department. Main Trainings are provided to chosen few, for others menial trainings are conducted every now and then.

Development,Npd,patternshop,very high technical work.Mouldshop and core shop.making the moulds.sand properties onley both of compensation of and lab propertie of quality.than main of matlab chemistry,alloys,tens,etc,than quality control of part or jop the specific standard following of work pieces, my part of the work inspection quality of visual,2d,3d,work,the quality process work,

No working pressure,very long a way of my home towen to company,still my father health not well. So not for traveling on 1800 k/m and etc , problems
