If you hail from tamil nadu life would be fine for you else you wont matter to the company. Its only work no life, You have to beg for your leaves, appraisal, promotion and leaving the company. Learning is there, if you are in the right department. Main Trainings are provided to chosen few, for others menial trainings are conducted every now and then.

No working pressure,very long a way of my home towen to company,still my father health not well. So not for traveling on 1800 k/m and etc , problems
