Working at FloCareer has been an incredibly enriching experience. The company provides a dynamic platform to showcase one's creativity, I got to work on diverse and intellectually stimulating projects from crafting blogs, and newsletters to designing graphics for the company's socials. People in leadership value original ideas and give the team the autonomy to experiment and innovate, which is refreshing and empowering.

1. Incompetent management. they have no idea how to run, sustain or grow the business. The goal is to survive long enough and sell off the company. 2. No process within the team. The manager has no idea how to run the team or the portfolio. 3. One individual running the company on her own terms.
