... after that shouts on team to show he is boss. Why dont CEO say anything to him? Company dont give salary before 15-16 every month. He dont approve OT also. If company cannot give salary on time how come company can send IE head and his follower on trip. What kind of boss makes team work all day night and take all credit so he go on trip from company but no editor go

...ctivities no work life balance. there is a strict login time but no logout time. salary date is not fixed if you are lucky you will get your salary on 17th to 20th of the month. only lots of unnecessary work pressure, unrealistic targets. only company which has salary based targets, managers says you should justify your salary by achieving Unrealistic targets which are humanly not possible.

...thics, toxic environment and full of politics 2. Male egotistic organisation 3. Salary dates are not fixed , 24-25th of every month 4. Never pay your settlement amount 5. Pathetic office building, washrooms,No AC in the office 6. Working hours 7. Anish- never work under him, he will never let you grow. Very selfish and big time bootlicker

...asic amenities like Fans. Ac's, Lift and washroom conditions are so pathetic. 4. There is no set salary date; it is continually postponed. Even I tried to make it done till 7th, but It worked for only 3-4 months, after that It get back on 15th and later. 5. You will never get appriciated for your efforts, but you may be targeted due to office politics. Last but not least, Flixstock is a company with no ethics, no employee friendly environment, and no positve work culture.
