The company has no culture it is more like working for a general store in street.. Totally unorganized starting with basic office infra we had our office like cow shed and has to work 24 hours a day and keep sending same data on request all the time. My manager visits the office once in 6 months and everything goes on phone and Its politics then its learning and gaining knowledge. Flipkart is surviving only because its in India which don't need to follow rules. We dint even have Toilets in our facility and no health and safety rules. Its awful to work and I was given rating first and then found reasons to justify the rating. I have never seen a company like this where rating should be done as per your performance and the productive numbers but its only done on how good you satisfy your manager with food and other things you do.

Monotonous activity, No work standards, unprofessional seniors, local transportation work environments, forcing to unethical and illogical practice, poorest work environment. Filthy office environment, cheap thought process in term of employee engagement product. Poor forecasting with inadequate manpower or resources.
