...m of work go and get shipments and delivery. 2 shifts available. 6 to 2 2 to 9 . But salary low and not getting shipments for delivery. Rude staffs. No delivery in raining. So much issues in payment 15rs per order that's all

pay is never on time .Assigning work is very slow to much presure and there is no benifit even salary is not paid like it said we get pay by commision n sometime we cannot deliver many item so commision is very low and conversion sometime we cannot meet the exact percentage due to costumer not taking the order items and mobile recharge also we have to pay by ourself and petrol also we have to pay it by ourself and there is no security for us delivery boy even insurance also for our bike or security

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

I enjoy working with FLIPKART and feel great. Their service is good. I am very impressed with the FLIPKART company because they have paid full salary to entire people .even in lockdow. I am honest to FLIPKART and I work very sincerely. I would like to work for FLIPKART even further . I graduated from electronic. I also have skill, ability. If FLIPKART gave me a chance. I do a great job for him.

I am working in this company under vender. I always get scared , when will it take me out of my job》 the worst thing is that you work very hard for company. Just because of a mistake you are expelled or you have too much pressurized ... Whatever we earn, we run our home that's why we consider this company to be god..... I apologize for giving this kind of feedback .

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.
