No likes only Dislikes But They give Salary on time without working for all months that's the plus point

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! I feel very fortunate that I am working in Flipkart. Flipkart supported us throughout the pandemic and given us security to support in future also.

Just I feel .. people salary should be based on their job and not on their designation

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

If you're on roll employee.. you will be the happiest one. Salary on time Office top notch Every free meals keep you motivated to go office And many other allowances

If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end
