Sometimes, you do not get the correct support from upper management. The people are not good, and there is no salary hike

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

Flipkart is a one of the most brand in india. Providing good delivery service for customer and Trying genuinely reaching genuine productivity to customers. It’s a great opportunity in my life as a team leader in Flipkart

Promotion and salary hike is lagging, weak supporting from higher side

Compensation and benifits are really good that include term insurance too. Senior management is very supportive and can be easily reachable. They insists on not working post 7PM OR on weekends, a push for work life balance is being taken care by management.

Dislikes

Work life balance goes for a toss, you end up working 10+ hours every day. Too many departments and approvals needed for a small change in SOP. After all the follow ups nothing really happens on ground. Weak IT and infrastructure.

Company does not give fair compensation and benefits to the off-role employees. If an employee is hired as an off-role then there is no scope of growth and learning. For me this will create a bad impression to an employee if he see other colleague working as an on-role having the same designation but enormous benifits and good compensation. This can literally demotivate while working in an organization.
