There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you're on roll employee.. you will be the happiest one. Salary on time Office top notch Every free meals keep you motivated to go office And many other allowances

Dislikes

If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! Overall good company to work on. Well working enviornment. Lot to learn here. Positive enviornment. Overall satisfactory one can plan to stay long in this company

Zero salary benefits and financial growth. Base pay is also minimum according to the work Increment and promotion is also marginal which needs to be improved
