No appraisal for contract employees. No chance to convert to permanent employee. Vendor takes much of the amount from salary. They do much diffrentiation between permanent employee and contract employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.
