I just hate this company because of their fake promises and work culture.There is no value for those employees who are hired by third parties.Anytime they can tell you to leave the company without any prior notice.

As a company flipkart is good but not the HR team

Central HR team is worst, in the name of diversity they ruin talent and Managers still follow taking credit of the team. they hire contract HR for fulfilling work and terminate them if we question regrading work burnout. Managers in HR team need to upskill their talent than sitting on 90's culture of sourcing and hiring

Other mangers except my team are very rough towards their employee also sometimes we work for 10-11 hours atleast 4 times a week even though they are not satisfied. If you work good everything will be thrown towards you, I feel stuck and also so little learning.

Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. Biased treatments/ Favouritism

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . Promotion and recognition is poor. Life is very tough for FTC people as they treated differently in every aspects from the basics of access card to different colour for ID card which trouble them to close issue with vendors and stakeholders.
