Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .

Work culture is excellent. You feel very empowered to take decisions without managers forcing anything for you. Customer centric values are maintained high and is visible in all projects. Work life balance is also great and there is no sense of false urgencies

Career and salary growth is very slow

You can grow as much as you want. You can upskill/develop your technical skills to another level if you are working on your own.

Pay is less. Work life will be good if you get a good manager. Long working hours.

Work culture in the business team is very poor, weekends working(sometimes), lack of technical managers make it very hard to set realistic timelines, long working hours (close to 10 hours every day on avg)

I dislike because there have permanent job.. that is contectual job after 3 year i have in same no defarane with new and ols same salary and no permanent job
