...nmarried, and I have been struggling to find a stable job since I left Flipkart. I believe that my difficulty in finding a job is due to the fact that I worked for Flipkart on a third-party payroll. Recently, I was offered a job at another company. However, the background verification company for the new company contacted Ascent HR. Ascent HR then demanded that I pay 5,990 rupees in order to clear my background verification. I told Ascent HR that I do not have the money to pay them, but they refused to clear my background verification without payment. They also blocked my PF account.

In Flipkart work experience very good there are team work.every employ as a flipkart family and support each other.

In Flipkart hair vendor they are provided many boys as(picker,putter,loader, and Data entry operator and executive ) his many issue salary,leave, and absenting,he go to his team leader sir i am yesterday present but show my roster absent ,why sir?sir told that ok i see,but he forget his issue after some time and this process 2 or 3 days then HR department not accept his presenting his.worker lost that day salary amount. And very most issue that 'BGV ' flipkart do a verification his worker/employee permanent address and emergency contact number if contact number wrong company not give second chance his contact number correction. company take action for resign latter.This is wrong action.this is vendor mistake he fill wrong data and suffering employee.

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

It has been a year, and I have not received any salary increase, . I've noticed that many employees in my company, some of whom have been here for over six years, remain in the same roles. I'm based in Assam, where job opportunities are limited, and the 5% annual salary increment barely keeps up with inflation in India. It seems that the company prioritizes cost-saving and productivity over recognizing knowledge and skills. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. 😂

Dislikes

strongly dislike the company. Senior employees keep emphasizing the need for daily training and strict adherence to standard operating procedures, warning us that it might impact our performance evaluations. Management, particularly project managers. I have no intention of ever working for this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

You can grow as much as you want. You can upskill/develop your technical skills to another level if you are working on your own.

Pay is less. Work life will be good if you get a good manager. Long working hours.
