Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .

You can grow as much as you want. You can upskill/develop your technical skills to another level if you are working on your own.

Pay is less. Work life will be good if you get a good manager. Long working hours.

...won't receive any call from your superior after office hours. Cool work culture. Salary is on time, even sometimes it us prior the date if any holiday is there.

... work, working overtime and on week offs is normal I worked as a contractor and never got any appreciation Also no increment in salary for 2 years in a row

...s good.work culture is good. But there is no opportunity for off role employees. No salary hike. Flipkart should think about off role employees.Sometime they are contributing more then an onrole employee.

No salary hike.,no opportunity for off role employees to become onrole employee.. Even you have lots of knowledge and skills.
