1. Few bad managers who actually backstabbing the company and ruined company fame 2. Poor decision making from top management 3. Sudden lay off without any justification or even no proper process of lay offs. 4. Pathetic HR management. HR has no voice and work only on instruction from operation managers. 5. Wrong placing of mid level managers at workplace makes work culture miserable. 6. Bias manager 7. Most of the mid managers/ Sr. level managers are involved in misleading top management and also involved in bribery which ultimately companies reputation and profit margin. 8. Fully corrupted last mile team where no place of any good team members. 9. A zonal head is involved in bribery, bias recruitment, corruption, gaining favors from top management etc.

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

...ternative weeks we get 2 week offs. But still, it's cheating with the employees. Either you mention 1 week off, or either you pay for the additional day we are working. Or give 2 week offs as per the agreement.
