I joined on the roles of Walmart at that time acquisition was completed by Flipkart group. Walmart was having some good employee friendly policies. In my experience I can't think of any good point with respect to the team, business line and manager I was working with. Apart from that there are some wonderful people to work with and one can learn a lot there.

Dislikes

...specially in HR and L&D. Biasedness. Zero investment on employees development. Pay parity is also bad. No standards.

...bility as Cluster Manager, since early morning ( 7am,8am,9am etc. till closing). The salary depends on which package your hired but 10% increment on your base package is fixed so take care they pay average to good. I have completed 3.5 Years If you are an Offrole than experience may not be good it depends on your manager.

Growth zero. If your On role then it is good but If you are Off role then your experience may not be good. Teammates depends, No training, Job security is strictly good for On Roles only If you are Off Role then don't expect that your contract gonna extend but it also depends on your skill. I Joined Years ago the work load was not that, Now company is expanding So work load has increased multiple X times, According to the number of employees. Infrastructure at DH zero at some location don't even think for toilet/chairs. or there is no growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a politics management doesn't address over issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year you which can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I was the seller support agent and it was a good overall enjoyed it's a good place to gain some experience.

Less chance to grow your yourself.salary is less as compared to the work .you can get some month of experience and you should move to other platform for more earning
