I joined on the roles of Walmart at that time acquisition was completed by Flipkart group. Walmart was having some good employee friendly policies. In my experience I can't think of any good point with respect to the team, business line and manager I was working with. Apart from that there are some wonderful people to work with and one can learn a lot there.

Dislikes

...specially in HR and L&D. Biasedness. Zero investment on employees development. Pay parity is also bad. No standards.

I don't live the work culture at Flipkart, It is not employee friendly

...Flipkart for the past 2.4 years, the work life balance at flipkart id very poor. I used to work more than 12 hours and even on festival holiday without getting pay, I have faced many family issues also,

I likes about filpkart that it's provide facilities like laptops and wifi for that they are do work from home. It's most trustworthy company most ever worldwide 🌎.Its have rank in tops most 1000 brands in the world 🌎.

Dislikes

U don't give your employees good salary feedback for their hard worship. Please , give them salary to see their hardwork and they give you a most work and full life span for your company. I don't want to say this words. But you don't fill my form without this upto I don't fullfill this question answer. I really apologise for this behaviour.

I just say that you not give that delivery boys not enough salary for their work. This is the bitter and sad truth of your organisation. Sorry to say but I really apologise for this behaviour.

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
