No appraisal for contract employees. No chance to convert to permanent employee. Vendor takes much of the amount from salary. They do much diffrentiation between permanent employee and contract employee.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.
