Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. ...n” culture. Promotions or career progressions are no more fair and meritocratic. Salary increments have been paused and corrections, if any, are also very biased and dubious. While the processes remain similar like earlier, there is no one overlooking or ensuring these are followed. HR has become weak and they lack backbone. There is no more empathy or support system for employees. The spirit of the company has been erased completely.

It has been a year, and I have not received any salary increase, . I've noticed that many employees in my company, some of whom have been here for over six years, remain in the same roles. I'm based in Assam, where job opportunities are limited, and the 5% annual salary increment barely keeps up with inflation in India. It seems that the company prioritizes cost-saving and productivity over recognizing knowledge and skills. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. 😂

Dislikes

strongly dislike the company. Senior employees keep emphasizing the need for daily training and strict adherence to standard operating procedures, warning us that it might impact our performance evaluations. Management, particularly project managers. I have no intention of ever working for this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

I love the work from home and international relocation mentioned in the profile .The salary is almost upto my expectations .I have a small child and the profile is good.I am spark panelist but I work from home mostly honorary work(no salary).
