My teammates is very good ,training session is good, salary scale best, and work environment is also good.

Dislikes

The work perssure is very high .sometimes ,i have to work 12-14hours straight in a day ,and one thing every month salary problem ,like got low salary, salary did not pay right time.

You'll get your salary in time. And the the only good thing is salary package they are provide.

Dislikes

The culture. They are made huge difference between on roll and off roll employees. They divided you from everything. Most of the on roll employees have a bad attitude for their leadership, even there are more talented and experienced off roll employees working under third party payroll. And the most embarassing part is, a fresher on roll who got the job from campusing (Don't know how to deal with the pressure and hard situation) are leading experienced off roll employees who knows how to work in serious situation and under pressure. The difference is huge. That makes a bad culture.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. As a result , I get to travel abroad, especially to the manali to gowa. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, gut growth is low. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night . managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

... Its not good work environment. Teem leader and onroll give too much pressure..salary not hike almost sem..

Working environment, night shift.. Ther is a bond of 1 months which they close their contact anytime. Their is no future or career growth.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
