Growth will be their good ethics and values work culture is good' 'Good salary and wifi is good Can't say much more than that' 'Good people to work with' 'The work environment is good and friendly. '

Dislikes

a lack of work-life balance due to long hours and high pressure, frequent organizational changes, limited growth opportunities in certain roles, a sometimes disorganized work culture, heavy workload, concerns regarding pay and benefits compared to market standards, and uneven treatment between direct hires and third-party payroll employees; with many citing issues regarding management and team dynamics as well.

Dislikes

Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. Biased treatments/ Favouritism

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Dislikes

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .

Everything is great , exposure to work the ones who studied in IIT's , NIT's and many more experienced seniors .

Dislikes

Though the work is almost same for Application Enginee-1 and SDE - 1 , but pay is less when compared to them .

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will !
