the salary compensation is very poor the leadership is not great and leads to making rash decisions which are not clearly communicated to the employees the company perks have dwindled to a point where you dont get paid for the leaves pending after you leave the company

Kiran sir who is my mentor and big brother he is the only guy who motivated me all time and also teach me lots of things with that tought me lots of work of our company.

Likes

Compensation and benifits are really good that include term insurance too. Senior management is very supportive and can be easily reachable. They insists on not working post 7PM OR on weekends, a push for work life balance is being taken care by management.

Dislikes

Work life balance goes for a toss, you end up working 10+ hours every day. Too many departments and approvals needed for a small change in SOP. After all the follow ups nothing really happens on ground. Weak IT and infrastructure.

You'll get your salary in time. And the the only good thing is salary package they are provide.

Dislikes

The culture. They are made huge difference between on roll and off roll employees. They divided you from everything. Most of the on roll employees have a bad attitude for their leadership, even there are more talented and experienced off roll employees working under third party payroll. And the most embarassing part is, a fresher on roll who got the job from campusing (Don't know how to deal with the pressure and hard situation) are leading experienced off roll employees who knows how to work in serious situation and under pressure. The difference is huge. That makes a bad culture.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. As a result , I get to travel abroad, especially to the manali to gowa. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, gut growth is low. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes. I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night . managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
