The Rs.50 delivery charge has completely put me off impulsive book shopping on Flipkart. Yes, this is something that I absolutely HATE about the new Flipkart!

...m of work go and get shipments and delivery. 2 shifts available. 6 to 2 2 to 9 . But salary low and not getting shipments for delivery. Rude staffs. No delivery in raining. So much issues in payment 15rs per order that's all

No work culture no proper response from tl no week off no food no rain court no salary no delivery bag. No benefits.

I am working in this company on 6 months only my role is DEO Data Entry Operator so I like this job role and I working very interested this job

Compensation is Decent. But growth is slow. My daily work is not in my role and other wise worked. My job role is DEO data entry operator on invoicing process but other job for low level work of Picking what I work from so I was dislike this company and job

Flipkart has made very good company policies and diff level checks but still following things are most prevalent at ground level:- 1) Office Politics 2) Competition rather than collaboration between colleagues and it becomes worst during both Appraisal cycles. 3) Every thing is in Managers hand, he can either make or break you career. Biased treatments/ Favouritism
