The only thing that is good is weekends off.

Dislikes

The managers are a joke they let people do whatever they want. People arguing in the kitchen others thinking they are a manager when they aren't very toxic working environment. They hire people that can not work on a week day and make other employees work harder when others are missing . Sorry but that's it for me and a couple others not going to say where this is but the time has come to move on. Oh and BTW if you call Human resources good luck with getting any help from them either flik and compass group are a huge joke this company doesn't even give you vacation time and you only get 3 sick days a year. Stay away people! Just remember if you take the job and end up hating it I warned you.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
