Again not in covid but left in November but its a fake company i wi suggest to everyone not a trustworthy company. First you will be hired then later on will keep an eye like a big boss ka ghar. They never give a break as per rules, employee can use his or her break like whatever but here md of the company vyom sikri come out of the office and check what his employees does on break whatever it is male or female... md vyom sikri has too much interference in the employee's workstation he does not behave like an MD as others company's does and moreover his wife's sister is the Hr priys bhat who doesn't no even big and small Abc of HR. She is just a name of hr...only 2 management people are there....so many things to know but i guess its is enough to know..

There was nothing in Flight experts that may interest one individual moreover they actually work on Hire and fire basis. They don't care about their employees at the time of hiring they have informed us that it is 5 days a week but later on it was 6 days even after 6 months they started alternative week off one week 6 days another week 5 days but working hours was increased by 1 hour so it makes it 10 hours of shift. Theyhave gender inequality for girls it is morning shift but for boys it is night shift. I was working for them since July but in December they terminated me without any prior notice and the reason was that they have revoked the designation that was given to me I was taking care of their team in New Zealand as well as in India also. Not only me they have fired 2 to 3 more employee without any notice. I have never seen any company with such unofficial decorum and ethics. I would have rated this company in -ve if there would have any option for that.. total staff have absolutely no knowledge of the process the so called manager of the company himself ask his agents regarding the GDS that is used in the company regardless to his prior experience of 7 years in other Major companies he still knows nothing. I don't find any scope in this organization and I would never ever recommend anyone to join this organization only if the person is ready to ruin his future.

This is the worst company to work with I would never turn up my face towards this even if this would be the only option in the world.
