Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ses fulfillment Worst Management No system Every Months system and rule change Salary deduction Work environment bad Boss nature very bad like two mouth snake Boss is not like a boss, his nature is like give money then I will give money. No fix salary, work for commission. Uneducated and unprofessional management system which is creating a wrong working environment in the company and working culture is very bad, i will not suggest any employee to join this company.
