They hire freshers for their work in low salary and doesn't gave opportunities to improve your skills and there is no one for teaching. You have to do every reasearch yourself.

In hand salary 11700 for freshers . I don't know why they providing pf atleast give full salary in hand how employees survive in such low amount

...gement is very supportive and each work is done in a very well organized manner. They provide good salary and salary increment is also very good for deserving employees. HR and other staff is very polite and professional. If somebody wants to see what professionalism is and what it is like to be a professional, I would recommend this company to them. Great working experience with Flexsin.

It is very toxic environment there at Flexsin. Even though working hours are 9:30 to 7, management expects you to stay longer.

There is a lot of work, often requiring more than 9 hours per day. Besides the workload, they expect you to stay at your desk all the time. If you're not at your seat, they will email you. The HR department is the worst - they are not there to foster a positive work culture but to track your every move. Once you're hired, you will be monitored everywhere, whether you're outside or event just going upstairs.
