You will like moving out of there for good. You can expect pathetic work life balance. The CEO and her Ops Lead who by the way has zero knowledge and won’t have answers to any of your queries will expect you to work in the night and during weekends. They are allowed offs and vacation time, but if an employee reaches out for an off or sick leave, they will ask you to be reachable and constantly on phone/whatsapp even if you are hospitalised. Laptops given to employees are the worst. Infact they will ask if the employees can use their own laptop for office work. Pure lala culture, the CEO is a big time gossiper!

Dislikes

Work culture, office space is pathetic and very less and thats why they cant call all the employees at same time - same day, no work life balance, if you are working well then you will be burdened with more work. Others will rest. And a lot of favouritism in this company promoted by the CEO herself.
