Nothing......if you wanna waste your skill then join this company, they will be willing to hire you with a good raise.

Dislikes

Everything....nothing good to say about this company. Seniors are worst, management is exceptionally worst. They themselves don't know what work to assign to whom. The Director is the most egoistic person I have seen so far. One can be laid off anytime without any notice or payment. Even if you resign from the company you have to serve 3 months notice after which they will do the FnF which u will get after chasing them for 2-3 months.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
