The best company to work with. I've worked in 6 companies in 11 years But I found Flexible Steel Lacing Company is the best work place which cares about employees we'll being and everyone job is recognised and awarded also. Very good team work with zero politics.

I want more responsibilities. But as I've only worked 2 years for this organisation I hope in future my responsibilities will definitely increase.

Really bad culture .They treat other state people very badly . I had join on December 10 2018 as a trainee then on July 4 I am getting permanent . After then they said that you have to learn Tamil if you want this job . I referred to others state people to join this company .
