Non flexible policies for front end business. Poor Processes for customers and partners.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Variable compensation is poor. Work pressure is very high due to non flexible policies and poor Processes. Have to work for 12-16 hours straight in a day. Managers not able to understand individuals unique strength, and non supportive.
