This was very difficult me to explain my manager if I need to do troubleshoot on jabber we should have CUCM access. Few cannot be changed in flex they don't adopt new challenges because manager follow old tradition....

No growth, less salary hikes, No value for experienced people, need to work 10-11 hrs a day for completing daily tasks, high work pressure, management is poor, no Work life balance
