Yearly Salary hike is too low 3 to 7%. BPO type work culture Promotions are too delayed(After 3 to 5 years)... 3 Month NON NEGOTIABLE Notice period makes it difficult to exit and find new job. Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

I'm supposed to complete 10 yrs but exactly one month before they terminated...very worst management in Chennai GBS .. especially that Sr. Director Ramesh Bandaru... Sr HR Director Yathi Venkatesh
