... of the Senior managers under him survive in flex only because of his blessings. If you're joining the procurement team please avoid Flex no growth no salary nothing and full of politics with undeserving people as leaders. One Senior Manager under Ramesh only hired female employees as a replacement for male employees who left Flex and kept on giving promotions only to female employees even though they didn't deserve them I asked him about the promotion and on what basis he was giving promotions also there are many talented and deserving male candidates in the team still he promoted only female employees when I asked him this, he added my name in the next layoff list as a nonperformer even though I got 5 times first ratings in my performance appraisals. without checking the background Ramesh approved it. Wow, what a monster!!! without doing anything these guys are getting paid heavily in leadership roles so they think of themselves as god!

Yearly Salary hike is too low 3 to 7%. BPO type work culture Promotions are too delayed(After 3 to 5 years)... 3 Month NON NEGOTIABLE Notice period makes it difficult to exit and find new job. Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

Good learning curve, get to learn experties in processes, global exposure, good for freshers, friendly people, if you are more focused in learning and less compensation is not bothers you, then this is best cimpany for you..

No growth, less salary hikes, No value for experienced people, need to work 10-11 hrs a day for completing daily tasks, high work pressure, management is poor, no Work life balance
