... it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes. Please don't join this company now this senior management basterds are here for 10 years more and they are not going until thie retirement and this basterds also don't have any technical IT skills. Thanks to god for bringing me out of this hell.
