There is no much learning and growth. The jobs are fixed and it doesn't give you work satisfaction. No growth especially in night shift.

Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days
