Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days

... transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and games in specials days for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
