...ou can get to learn about the corporate hierarchy, culture, business process. The HR team who induct you into the company has skills to pay the bills. The induction would happen like a dream though it doesn't feature great infra unlike few corporates today having university like campus and featuring a resort like residential training periods. If joined as a fresher the one thing you will notice is getting a low pay. Transportation, Learning and recreation rooms and reasonable deductions do have an upper hand. Internal movement of employees. Paving them ways to learn in a cross functional environment.
