There is no much learning and growth. The jobs are fixed and it doesn't give you work satisfaction. No growth especially in night shift.

As name indicates, it is very flexible environment to work and good platform to start our career. Am part of finance department and the team is good.

There is no much learning part and compensation is decent but growth is slow. The promotions are based on management based instead of skill based.

I enjoyed 5 years honestly at flextronics. People and culture are excellent, open to talk with top level people, keep track on employee record and arrange necessary training programs to develop employee's soft skills and technical knowledge. Team leads and team mates are very friendly and cooperative. It's very flexible to work at flex. I strongly recommend to start your career at flextronics to know detailed supply chain process in a better way.Excellent in encouraging each individual talent with zero partiality.

After certain period of time I felt salary was very low. So I have decided to move on to increase my financial level but still I'm missing Flextronics.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent and gud career growth is average. There is a bond of 3 + years is gud.
