Nothing. They are not right people. They lure you to give benefits, and say work timing is flexible.

They delete my previous review. because they don't want there reality to come out. The HR team is worse and so are other managers. All politics. Dont join compnay. Senior content writer from himanchal pradesh also give negative review, her was not rejected but i gave honest review so mine rejected. Flentis is cheats.

The work atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled. Also, the Manager is like a friend and trust me this is best thing to grow together. There is no feeling of boredom, every moment spent is worth. I have worked with many brands but working companies like this where I can grow with the company is definitely worth it.

I've had the privilege of working with Flentis for quite sometime now and it's been an incredible journey so far. I appreciate the work life balance that the company offers and the fact that they genuinely value their employees. This being said, we are working in a flexible environment that truly cares about individual needs. Management and the HR department holds the backbone of our organization, ignoring the false comments of some resentful ex-employees.

Dislikes

To be very honest, holding quite an experience in my past, I find this organization to be one with very minimal flaws and literally there is nothing to dislike. But just one thing: Onboarding and off boarding are a part and parcel of everyone's life, I genuinely wish good luck for the people who are offboarded and hope they do not interfere with the company's culture and not spread the toxicity that they are living in.. Move on!! Amen

One man show. Pathetic management, no one cares what is happening in the organisation. Employees are planning to resign and leave the organisation asap. Notice period policy is changing as per the will of the management,no discussion or infimation with any of the employees. Employees who are serving notice period are being harrassed emotionaly and professionally. If steps are not taken asap... only few employees will remain in this organisation.

A super comfortable yet challenging workplace! It takes not more than a week to start treating Flentis as your own and work for it. I would recommend it to people who are growth-centric, highly motivated, and take ownership of their tasks.
