Good company, takes care of its employees. Internal periodic review has helped all of its employees get better pay scale and holidays on Weekends.

There is no systematic approach or guidelines set for any department. Decisions taken without any long term vision. No standard software available for operations throughout the company (each department has it's own way of working, making it difficult for co-ordination)

On time rejoining and relief. On time salary. One of the best salaries in the market. Faster promotions. A very large company with a huge variety of ships. Good shore job opportunities.

The company is run by very business minded people, what is shown on paper is not the actual company culture. It's a very competitive management, where everything is about money.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is s bind 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Yes . It good experience working with fleet management. They care about employees i like . Now days They given travel expensive, hotel expensive etc..

Dislikes is contract period for crew is very long. It should be short contract period for crew also

The company is very bad... their staff is also very bad .. it has staff as Sanoj he is a number worthless and rude person please don't join to this company because they are very dramatics when leaving home they don't leave and give some reason or the other .. if your family is there then Please don't come to this company .. Even though one cruise' s wife died , these people didn't leave him.
