There is a lot of things one can learn easily. We can develop our skill, learn new things, build personality, free to ask questions and could be expertise in our Skill.

We need more leaves as we have to work on Sunday for compensation leave like for Diwali or any other paid holidays.

Good Gear manufacturing company in Pune. Although some HR policies and HR behaviour is not likely good but can be improved by proper management.

HR policies like Retention bonus that you have to return to company while leaving company is not good and HR interaction with employees is not good enough.

Because after 2 - 3 years they take their employees on pay roll

Yes, because in this company there is more politics in management & senior persons like GM, AGM & managers too, they always try to through out them who works sincerely in company. And they through out them only who will not support them in their political teams.
